Full Refund if you don’t receive your items

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within 100 days no matter what payment you made.

 

Want cancel your order ?

1.If your order has not been shipped, contact us immediately via Online Chat or Email to us for a full refund or replace


2. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us , our customer service will tell you how to solve it . Different shipping method have different solution .

 

   For Singapore Post 

please accept it and then return it back to us . You should better not refuse it , because it will take about 6 monthes to 1 year to get the return package if you refuse it . we have to refund you after we got your parcel , hope you can consider it.

     

   For DHL shipping 

please contact us directly , our people will contact DHL China for best solution .


In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred. Actual shipping fees incurred are determined by the weight of each returned product and by the way it was sent (e.g. EMS, DHL, Regular / Registered Airmail, etc).

 

How to deal with defective items ?


If you think you received a defective item , please send email to [email protected] through supply photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product.if it been proved defective one , we will follow this rule below:


* within 7 working days after you received the item


If your products purchased from To2c.com turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) within 7 working days(after you received the item), you may return them for replacement(the goods must be new) or full refund. ( the goods which send back for replacement must be new and with whole set . )

 

* After 7 working days since you received the item


If the item becomes defective after 7 working days from shipment, customers will still be allowed to send the unit back to us. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. buyers cover the send back shipping cost and any cost incurred during the process of repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by manufacturer, To2c will send it back to customer.To2c will cover the shipping cost which send back to customers .

 

Customers do not cover any handling fee, only the shipping fee and the cost of repair (some accessories should be replaced during repair). According to the long term friendly relationship with manufacturer, we will request for a lower maintenance fee for our customers.

 

What defective items we accept ?


We only accept mobile phone defective itself , the phone accessories ( include battery , data cable , charger and so on ) not been included in the warranty.


Exchange & Return item(s) Policy:


(1). If there are any quality problems of items due to our fault within 10 days of order delivered will be eligible for a Exchange, a Full Refund or Partial Refund for Free (exclusive customs if occured).


(2). You may return your item within 360 days of order delivered because of quality problems, then we will repair the goods Free of charge and you will pay the shipping costs and customs if occured. If it's after 360 days, you need to take the whole charges.

 


How to return a defective item ?


If your phone have been proved defective , we will supply you a RMA form ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) , you just do it follow our RMA form .


Remember to choose an inexpensive shipping method with available tracking number to return the product if possible;( Please don't return the phones back by DHL/UPS /FEDEX/TNT.. Express service . Because of the China customs Strict with the package which shipped by Express , we can not reveive the package . Please send back by local Postal service or according to To2c service team request . )if the shipping method with available tracking number is expensive, you may ship it back to To2c with the non- tracking number shipping method or ship by your local post service . Please make sure to keep all the shipping receipt before your problem being solved.

 

When will a exchange items be received?

The exchange items are treated the same way as that of new orders, they typically arrive in 7 to 21 business days. If a item needs to be returned for exchange, the new one will be sent once we received the returned item.

 

How long can I receive your refund?

 


The refunds will be refunded to your PayPal account immediately once we received return package. And you will receive 2 confirmation E-mails from PayPal and To2c. You may check it on your PayPal Account or call PayPal to verify your refund. Their USA toll free phone number is 1-888-221-1161.

 


Unsatisfied Item?

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in 7 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or a exchange if the return is not caused by To2c's error. We charge 20% of the product's cost during a refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.

 

Missing Item (Items missed completely or partially from an order)?


To2c will ship the missing item to customer once we check it.

If the item is just out of stock, full refund of the item’s price will be issued.

Customer should contact To2c Customer service within 15 days since shipment date when meet the problem.

Sweet reminder : remember to keep the package if “missing item” issue happens, because To2c may need it to solve your problem. Any confirmation that cannot be fulfilled successfully due to customers’ responsibility, To2c will refuse to solve this kind of problem.

 

Received a wrong item ?


If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our CS with photos or videos of the different product. If a return is necessary. replacement plus shipping cost will be issued to you on receiving the returned product. Or if you take it , we will offer a 10% discount for buying it.
